Faith leaders play a central role in guiding spiritual growth and influencing positive change within their communities. In recognition of this responsibility, FCC (Fellowship of Community Churches), in partnership with BFP (The Pentecostal Movement Germany), conducted a focused Pastors Training Program, culminating in the award of certificates in the Doctrine of the Holy Spirit.
The training brought together pastors from different churches and regions for a time of learning, reflection, and spiritual enrichment. Through structured teachings, participants deepened their understanding of the Doctrine of the Holy Spirit, exploring its biblical foundation, practical application in ministry, and relevance to effective pastoral leadership.
